Decoration
Decorations for your horse are interesting items you can equip your horse with through your inventory. Because of this they are slightly different from tack items. You can get decorations by winning or crafting them during events, they are not for sale in a store!
To equip your horse with a wreath you have to go to your inventory. There you can click the decoration and then choose which horse you want to equip it to.
Please note: these items cannot be unequipped. You can only have 1 decoration item active per horse.
